The focus is essentially on the enforcement of road traffic and shipping laws, particularly regarding vehicle and driver licensing. The inspection of official vehicle and driver examinations constitutes an essential part of the extensive field of activity.

What awaits you*

• Your main task lies in the inspection of technical vehicle examinations of various motor vehicles and of practical driver examinations.
• Providing technical information to internal as well as external partners is also part of the field of activity.
• Additionally, you are co-responsible for maintaining the current state of knowledge of corresponding laws, regulations, or instructions.
• You are responsible for various administrative tasks and actively participate in the expert reports.
• The field of activity will be steadily expanded after the completion of the corresponding further training.

What you bring with you

• You have a completed training with EFZ as an Automobil-Mechatroniker/in (specialization passenger cars or commercial vehicles) with subsequent several years of professional practice, whereby for the exercise of this versatile function, further training as an Automobil-Diagnostiker is an advantage.
• You have completed your 24th year of age, have held a Swiss driver's license of Cat. B for at least three years (possibly additionally Cat. BE, A, and C/CE), and can demonstrate a complaint-free driving practice.
• A customer-oriented, service-conscious appearance and enjoyment of daily contact with a diverse clientele is a matter of course for you.
• You bring the willingness for initial and further training.
• High social competence, reliability, flexibility, and teamwork skills, as well as a resilient and communicative personality, round off your profile.
