Machine Operator in 2-shift operation

To strengthen our production team, we are looking for a reliable and technically savvy personality. In this role, you will operate and monitor our production systems and make a direct contribution to high product quality and smooth processes.

Your tasks

• Independently operate, feed, control and monitor production machines and systems
• Ensure the internal material flow, check goods, provide material and forward finished products
• Continuously monitor and document setting, process and production data
• Carry out manufacturing and quality controls and ensure the specified quality standards
• Recognize, analyze, rectify where possible and document functional malfunctions at an early stage
• Regularly clean, care for and maintain machines and systems as well as replace wear parts
• Assist with larger repairs and maintenance work
• Consequentially comply with safety, quality and order regulations

Your profile

• Completed vocational training in a technical or manual field
• Practical professional experience in a manual or industrial production environment
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity
• Willingness to work in 2-shift operation with early and late shifts
• Good German skills in spoken and written language
• Independent, careful and reliable way of working
• Quality awareness, sense of responsibility and initiative
• Enjoyment of working in a dedicated team
