The Children and Youth competency area of the Society department initiates and implements measures, offers and projects for child and youth promotion.
To complement our team, we are looking for you as of 1 August 2026 or by arrangement as
Youth Worker 60%
Your tasks
Children's animation in the Kappelerhof district (presences, project work, networking)
Operative co-leadership of the youth parliament (planning, coordination, networking, project work)
Participation in mobile youth work (presences, project work)
Supporting young people in the implementation of their ideas and concerns
Planning and implementing participatory projects and events
Your profile
FH/HF degree in Social Work or equivalent training in a related professional field
Professional experience with children and young people, ideally in child and youth promotion
Experience in participatory project work
Strong communication skills, good presentation skills and a pronounced sense of role
Ability for independent, self-responsible, responsible planning and implementation
Proficient German in spoken and written form
Willingness for regular evening and weekend shifts
