Visual Merchandiser (m/f/d) - Region (100% / 38.5 working hours) Company Description Job Description WHAT YOU DO As a Visual Merchandiser, you implement visual and commercial concepts in the store, present our fashion inspiritingly, and analyze sales figures to improve the shopping experience. In doing so, you develop creative solutions according to H&M Guidelines and support sales increases. You: implement the visual and commercial presentations as well as window displays and styling according to the Store Guidelines, for an inspiring customer experience. ensure good merchandise care and ensure appropriate stock levels in the store. analyze the Sales Reports (KPIs) together with the Store Management, prioritize visual opportunities, and implement measures to increase sales and store goals. keep yourself up to date regarding the fashion scene, trends, styles, and products. bring the ability to express yourself clearly and in a service-oriented manner in German (at least B2). have experience in fashion retail and know the requirements of a dynamic retail environment.
