Clerk / Assistant or Property Manager for rental properties and STWEG (50–100%) w/m/d

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an engaged, structured, and service-oriented personality for the property management of rental properties and condominium ownership, starting immediately or by arrangement.

What you can achieve with us:

• Creation of heating and service charge statements using RIMO R5
• Registration of new properties and rental agreements as well as maintenance of master data
• Accounts payable accounting (posting and payment processing)
• Accounts receivable and open items management
• Administrative support for the management team
• Accompanying and supporting owners' meetings
• Support for tenants, owners, and other involved parties
• Coordination of craftsmen and external service providers, also in cooperation with our planning department
• Handling of the entire rental process (advertisements, viewings, handovers, acceptances)
• Independent, careful, and efficient way of working in daily business

What you bring with you:

• Completed commercial basic training EFZ
• Mandatory experience in the real estate industry (clerical work or assistance)
• Sound knowledge of RIMO R5
• High service orientation and enjoyment of customer contact
• Structured, independent, and reliable way of working
