Inside Sales 60\-100% (all genders) How you will spend your time: Support of our main market Switzerland with a focus on French-speaking Switzerland for all product lines and services Support of subsidiaries or OEM customers if required Responsible for the complete sales process from processing quotations to receipt of payment Providing information on the product and service range as well as on stock levels and delivery times Coordinating customer orders with our internal departments Keeping an overview of ongoing quotations and orders Supporting field service employees and project managers What you bring with you: A basic technical training as an electrical installer or from the electrical industry with additional commercial training (business school or technical clerk/clerk) or a basic commercial training with an affinity for technology Initial professional experience in inside sales, preferably in an electrical or IT environment is an advantage Ideally SAP experience as well as good MS Office knowledge Proficient German skills Very good French skills (mandatory for customer support in French-speaking Switzerland) Good English skills and preferably Italian skills You are a dynamic, responsible and proactive personality who can set priorities correctly even in hectic times and acts in a customer-oriented manner What you can look forward to: Lean organizational structures, a modern workplace and attractive employment conditions A well-coordinated and helpful team with high professional competence that supports each other.
