RMO Project Manager, (m/f/d), Lausanne, 100% As Project Manager - Client Representative, you drive complex real estate projects, defend the interests of institutional owners, and actively contribute to the realization of high value-added investments. At Wincasa, you take a central role in managing construction and transformation projects, from the strategic phase to commissioning. To strengthen our Construction & Facility Management team in French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for, for a start in October 2026, a committed, solution-oriented personality with a strong sense of responsibility. Your responsibilities • Autonomously manage construction projects as a Client Representative (RMO), Project Management Assistant (AMO) and/or Project Manager, depending on the nature and scope of the assigned projects • Assume responsibility for costs, deadlines, and quality objectives • Advise and support institutional owners and clients • Coordinate consultants (architects and engineers), companies as well as users and other project stakeholders • Collaborate closely with management teams, center management, as well as various internal expertise • Guarantee the smooth running of projects through all realization phases Your profile • Training as an architect, engineer, site manager, or equivalent qualification • At least 5 years of experience in Switzerland as a Client Representative, project manager, or in a similar function • Solid knowledge of the construction and real estate sector • Excellent project management skills • Communicative personality, comfortable in negotiations • Autonomous, solution-oriented, and entrepreneurial way of working • Team spirit and sense of responsibility • Proficiency in German is a real asset Here are some of our benefits: • Working time: we live mobile working with individual (annual) working hours and/or part-time work.
