Head of Department Contributions and Accounting (m/f/d) 100%

Your tasks:

• Technical and leadership responsibility for 3 employees
• Advisory, assessment and collection of social security contributions
• Assessment of personal contributions
• Processing of final accounts and employer controls
• Implementation of collection measures
• Booking of income to the individual accounts of the insured
• Control and processing of insured status (postings/secondments)
• Management of the general and subsidiary ledgers

Your profile:

• Commercial degree and several years of professional experience (preferably AHV compensation fund, HR, accounting)
• Further training as a social insurance specialist with federal diploma (eidg. FA) and/or in the field of finance and accounting
• Interest and enjoyment in dealing with legal regulations
• IT affinity
• Very good German skills (stylistically proficient in speaking and writing), good French or Italian skills (at least B2)
• Team player, empathetic and appreciative personality
• Strong flair for numbers
• Customer-oriented thinking and acting
• Reliable, careful and exact way of working
• Workload: 100%
