Documentary Information Specialist 80 % to 100 % - 2.5 year fixed-term contract

Your mission / As part of the Centre archives et patrimoine (CAP) project, you will contribute to the preparation and relocation of collections to this site. You will participate in the drafting of a call for tenders for the move. In addition, you will take part in other tasks related to project management.

Your profile / Personal skills / Holder of a diploma as a documentary information specialist or an equivalent qualification useful for the position, you are familiar with the processing of collections. Experience with large-scale relocation and logistics skills would be an asset. You are proficient in common office tools and collection management and planning software. Autonomous and rigorous, you demonstrate a high capacity for analysis and synthesis. You are comfortable with planning involving multiple stakeholders.

Desired start date / January 2027 or date to be agreed.
