What you can contribute

• Verify whether company announcements comply with legal requirements and validate entries in the transparency register concerning beneficial owners
• Request rectifications when announcements are incomplete or non-compliant, monitor deadlines and ensure data quality
• Verify requests for access to the register from authorities, financial intermediaries and advisors and decide on the granting of these rights
• Provide legal information, by telephone and in writing, regarding announcement processes and company structure
• Draft training documents, FAQs and texts for information campaigns

What makes you unique

• Commercial employee diploma or equivalent training; if possible, continuing education in the administrative or commercial field or in legal assistance
• If possible, experience with a criminal prosecution authority, an administration or a judicial authority
• Interest in legal issues, more specifically in criminal law
• Autonomy, flexibility, stress resistance and developed customer orientation
