January 2027 or by arrangement, we are looking for a social worker 40-60% Social Worker 40-60% Your tasks: You independently manage cases in economic social assistance and process mandates in child and adult protection on behalf of the KESB. We work polyvalently. The case portfolio may vary depending on the operational situation. In your role, you advise people on personal, financial, and legal issues and support them in challenging life situations. You ensure careful documentation as well as timely reporting and work closely with specialists and professional agencies. Your way of working is independent, structured, and responsible. You are open to continuous development and contribute actively. You take co-responsibility for a balanced distribution of tasks in a small team and are ready to contribute your knowledge and ideas. A digital way of working is important to us; good knowledge of MS Office as well as ideally experience with KLIB round off your profile.
