• You are attending a commercial middle school; you possess a high school maturity or have already completed a basic training and would like to start a career or re-enter the commercial sector
• You are a communicative person, capable of working in a team and available
• You are a person willing to learn and to commit
• You are a discrete person endowed with a sense of responsibility
• You have excellent knowledge of MS Office

Your tasks

In the Human Resources sector, we are looking for interns with a high sense of responsibility and perseverance who, depending on the operational sector, support our teams in the following activities:

• Administrative and organizational support to the HR teams
• Preparation and management of reporting
• Support in updating personnel files
• Issuance of contracts and certificates
• Handling of incoming mail and correspondence in general

Other tasks may be:

• Managing and ordering material
• Preparing and recording invoices
• Organizing team meetings and gatherings
• Taking minutes of team meetings
