Jobcoach / Coaching and Placement 60 - 100 %

ÖKO-JOB is a labor integration program with the goal of reintegrating people who are currently unemployed into the primary labor market. While ecologically meaningful work is carried out, we accompany and support the participants. For the coaching area at the locations Basel, Liestal and Gelterkinden, we are looking for as of 1 October 2026 or by arrangement a Jobcoach / Coaching and Placement 60 - 100 % ## Your tasks ### • You actively place people into the primary labor market (permanent employment, internships, and trial work) • You support the development of professional future perspectives • You develop application strategies • You support the creation and updating of application dossiers • You are in contact with integration specialists and employers • You coach our internal clients from RAV, IV, and social services • You conduct resource- and solution-oriented coaching conversations • You write reports and document conversations in the CRM • You are responsible for case management You have ### • sound HR experience with corresponding education/further training • and a systemic/solution-oriented education / further training (CAS Coaching Practitioner or comparable) • good and up-to-date knowledge of the primary labor market • a good network in the region or are willing to actively build one • understanding for people in a stressful phase of life.
