As part of the replacement of the Product Manager, we are looking for a person responsible for driving our high-tech product portfolio and contributing to its strategic development. In collaboration with the sales, technical, and operational teams, they will transform market needs into high-performance and competitive solutions.
Your missions
By taking charge of the following activities, you will be able to develop your potential and contribute to our success:
Strategic management: Define the product strategy, drive the roadmap, and position solutions against the market and competition.
Lifecycle management: Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to end-of-life, by translating customer needs into concrete specifications.
Market analysis & customer needs: Monitor trends, analyze competition, identify opportunities, and build adapted value propositions.
Cross-functional coordination: Collaborate closely with sales, engineering, production, supply chain, quality, customer service, and the PMO.
Sales support: Contribute to go-to-market strategies, support sales teams, and participate in customer presentations and trade fairs.
Innovation & product excellence: Promote innovation, identify key technologies, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and requirements.
Your expertise
University degree (Bachelor or Master) in mechanical, industrial, or microtechnical engineering or an equivalent field.
Additional training in Product Management or business management is an asset.
Proven experience in a Product Management, Business Development, or technical project management role.
Experience in a B2B industrial environment with a strong technological component.
Good understanding of industrial systems and precision technologies.
