Berne \| 40-60% What you can contribute <br /> • Independently draft decision bases, reports, position papers and presentations for the Planning, projects and tests field • Coordinate the business management of the field, drive and process files, the budget, ongoing mandates and business trips efficiently • Organize meetings, decision reports and project monitoring, draft minutes and ensure the implementation of decisions and measures • Perform business analyses and provide assistance in documentation management and the creation of important business documents • Guarantee compliant management and filing of documents • As a hub, ensure coordination between internal and external stakeholders and contribute to the effective conduct of the field's business <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Commercial or technical training and, ideally, additional training as a technical-management specialist • Assets: professional experience in project organization, project management or business management • Strong sense of organization, great writing skills and pleasure in expressing oneself in writing with precision • Very good knowledge of the MS Office suite; knowledge of SharePoint, ERP-DDPS or comparable applications is an asset • Autonomy, reliability and sense of customer service, quick-wittedness and a strong sense of responsibility • Good active knowledge in a second official language and good knowledge of English <br /> In a few words Occupying a key and versatile role in a dynamic environment, you provide assistance with administrative and field-specific tasks for Planning, projects and tests as an assistant.
