Are you passionate about technology? At ISS, you ensure the proper functioning of modern buildings. As a building technician, you ensure the perfect condition of electrotechnical installations or HVACSE systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, electricity) – guaranteeing comfort, safety, and efficiency at all times. Your tasks: Ensuring preventive and corrective maintenance services on technical installations (ventilation monoblocs, boilers, heat pumps, sanitary, and other HVAC installations) in shift work (2x8) Maintenance, troubleshooting, and adjustment of technical installations Management of subcontracted work Compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental rules in all work Intervening in a protected environment, adjusting temperature, humidity, and overpressure Keeping operating files, intervention reports, and operating reports up to date Participation in improvement projects Your profile: Training in building maintenance (thermal or climate engineering) or equivalent training Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position in an industrial environment Proficiency in French, English is a plus Very good experience in the administrative and technical management of small construction sites Very good use of standard IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) Highly developed sense of customer service Good stress resistance and flexibility Ready for us?
