We are looking for our Automation department for a Head of Industrial IT Sector Your mission: You ensure the coordination, organization and planning of all activities of the sector In this capacity, you supervise, lead and develop a team of four employees specialized in industrial IT in achieving their objectives Your activities: You play a key role in the performance of your sector and contribute significantly to the success of CIMO by enhancing the skills and potential of your employees You optimize, in collaboration with management, the resources and skills necessary for the proper functioning of the sector You develop privileged relationships with other sectors of the department, with the transversal services of CIMO as well as with clients You use the financial resources made available in an efficient and responsible manner You contribute decisively to the continuous improvement of the Foclan digital control-command system and its infrastructures You supervise, promote and ensure the sustainability of industrial software developments You guarantee the quality of services by ensuring constant attention to the strategic axes of CIMO (availability, compliance, competitiveness and clients) You possess: A HES / EPF diploma in IT or training deemed equivalent Proven experience in the development of software solutions for industry A confirmed interest in personnel management Excellent verbal and written communication skills Participatory and transversal leadership, with a capacity to unite, motivate and develop employees We offer you: A strong corporate culture, based on collaboration, trust and respect A cutting-edge technological environment, within an SME anchored in the regional economic fabric Real opportunities for professional development, with continuous training as a strategic pillar Attractive conditions, including advantageous social benefits and flexibility promoting the balance between professional and personal life Start date: to be agreed jpida786654jm jpit0834jm jpiy26jm
