Key Account & Project Manager

Key Account \& Project Manager (100%) Main mission Responsible for a portfolio of strategic clients, you ensure both the business development of your accounts and the management of associated projects. As a true Key Account Manager, you identify growth opportunities, develop lasting relationships with clients, and coordinate internal teams to guarantee project success, customer satisfaction, and the achievement of revenue objectives. Responsibilities: Develop and execute growth plans for assigned strategic accounts; Identify and convert new business opportunities with existing clients; Coordinate commercial, technical, and industrial activities related to your clients; Manage the entire project life cycle, from needs identification and offer construction to market launch and end-of-series for products; Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure the alignment of internal and external stakeholders to guarantee the achievement of set objectives; Develop and maintain lasting relationships with existing clients and strategic partners, identifying new opportunities for collaboration and growth; Ensure reporting to management, sales, clients, and partners, identify malfunctions related to your scope of activity, and implement appropriate corrective actions; Be the guarantor of service quality, compliance with costs, deadlines, revenue, profitability, and risk management in order to optimize customer satisfaction and loyalty; Develop and implement continuous improvement actions within the department and more broadly in development, project management, and customer relationship processes. Your profile: With higher education in the field of electronics, mechatronics, microtechnology, or mechanics, you have solid experience in project management and / or as a Product Owner in R\&D / Industrialization and possess the tools to lead your projects optimally, at an agile or conventional methodology level. Ideally, you have knowledge of the ERP SAP. Your rigor, analytical mind, and attention to quality allow you to approach issues in an efficient and constructive manner. You are customer-oriented and possess excellent communication skills. Charismatic and comfortable in your relations with others, you demonstrate great flexibility and team spirit to put customer satisfaction at the heart of your concerns. Naturally curious and autonomous, you quickly succeed in structuring your tasks.
