Head Chef (M/F) – Guernerés Résidence, Grimentz Join our team and take command of our kitchen for the 2026/27 winter season! Guernerés Résidence, a warm and elegant establishment located in Grimentz, is looking for a passionate, creative, and unifying Head Chef (M/F) to take responsibility for their brigade and contribute to the development of its culinary offering. In an exceptional setting in the heart of the Swiss Alps, you will have the opportunity to put your expertise at the service of quality cuisine, based on fresh products, beautiful presentation, and a careful customer experience. Your mission: • Supervise and organize all production and service in the kitchen. • Supervise, motivate, and coordinate the brigade to ensure efficient organization. • Develop menus, suggestions, and cards in collaboration with management and the catering team. • Guarantee the quality, consistency, and presentation of the dishes served. • Manage orders, stocks, inventories, and optimize food costs. • Ensure compliance with hygiene standards, HACCP, and food safety procedures. • Actively participate in the training and development of employees. • Be a proactive proposer to evolve the culinary offering and the experience offered to our customers. Your profile: • Proven experience as a Head Chef in a hotel establishment or high-quality restaurant. • Strong technical skills and good mastery of brigade organization. • Passion for gastronomy, creativity, and a taste for quality products. • Natural leadership, team spirit, and the ability to unite people. • Sense of organization, rigor, and cost control. • Good knowledge of HACCP standards and food hygiene rules. • Autonomy, dynamism, and the ability to work effectively in a demanding environment. • Experience in Switzerland and/or a hotel environment is an asset.
