Receptionist (male/female)

Training & Freizeit AG, a 100% subsidiary of Touring Club Schweiz, has been operating camping sites for over 70 years. With around 1Mio. overnight stays per year, 23 campsites and over 22‘000 camping members, TCS is the largest and leading camping organization in Switzerland. TCS Camping Interlaken is located between Lake Brienz and Lake Thun, directly on the Aare. It is situated in the Berner Oberland, the number-1 destination for adventure sports. For the 2026 summer season, we are looking for a flexible and motivated personality to strengthen our team as a Receptionist (male/female) on an hourly basis Your challenges: • Check-in and check-out of camping and hostel guests • Answering guest questions regarding their stay and the Interlaken tourism region • Processing telephone and written inquiries • Processing emails and reservations • Management of the camping shop What you bring: • You like the uncomplicated camping and hostel atmosphere • You are a team player, flexible, resilient, and maintain an overview even in hectic situations • You have good communication skills (written and oral) in German and English • You have good knowledge of Outlook • You have an interest in and enjoy interacting with people from different cultures and generations • You are willing to work shifts on weekends and in the evenings • Ideally, you live on the Bödeli and are familiar with the local area • The position is also suitable for returners to the workforce, tourism interns, students, high school students, etc. What you can look forward to: • Varied work in a tourist and team-oriented environment • Exciting guests from all over the world • A lively workplace directly on the Aare • Discounts on the TCS product range
