Its mission is to guarantee the quality and safety of care within the establishment. As such, the Direction des soins has oversight of all care activities (nurses and various health professional bodies). To fulfill its mission, it relies on three poles of expertise: professional practices, interprofessionality and transformation in care. Administrative Internship – Ecological Transition in Care \\- 100% You will join the quality expert team of the Direction des Soins. You will assist the manager of the ecological transition in care and participate in the implementation of the ecological transition in care strategy. You will actively contribute to the projects piloted in the field. You will participate in projects related to the implementation of the ecological transition in care strategy. You will collaborate with the RSE pole in the implementation of the climate\\-health axis of the sustainability strategy at HUG. You will actively contribute to the organization and coordination of the operationalization of the ecological transition in care strategy within the medico\\-care departments. You will advise on best practices, answer questions and promote the ecological transition in care within HUG. In addition to this is your participation in the daily organization of the sector with, for example, the preparation and organization of meetings, the maintenance of dashboards, etc. Qualifications You are currently undergoing Master's training in the field of sustainable development or in the field of health and must complete a mandatory internship with ECTS credits as part of your university curriculum. You have an aptitude or experience related to the theme of sustainability or more specifically the ecological transition in care (internship, associative activity, volunteer or other). You possess a good ability for synthesis, excellent writing skills and oral and written presentation skills. You are a pragmatic, organized person who also has good interpersonal and listening skills. You know how to work in a team and have a collaborative spirit. You are autonomous and ensure a fluid flow of information. You are comfortable with usual office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and content creation tools (presentations, animations, etc.). You have a good level of written English.
