The Begegnungszentrum St. Ulrich (Generationenhaus) is a well-connected public institution in the community and offers 63 residents of different ages the opportunity to live in a natural environment with individuality and independence.   Specialist in Social Pedagogy / Care Specialist (m/w/d) or Specialist in Psychiatric Care and Support (m/w/d), 40%-100% Your area of responsibility • You design a living and leisure space with our residents with mental and/or cognitive impairments, where one feels at home and comfortable. • You accompany people in their personal development and create spaces for promotion, to experience self-efficacy. • You accompany them in life-practical goals, as well as support in household chores and nursing questions. • You promote and support cooperation with stakeholder groups such as relatives, authorities, social services, and guardians. • As part of the overall team, you actively contribute to interdisciplinary projects and transformation topics.
