What you achieve As a Maintenance Manager, you ensure the proper functioning of technical facilities while playing a central role in managing technicians and coordinating on-site activities. Manage, supervise and develop the maintenance team: set clear goals, support collaborators individually, strengthen skills and promote a constructive team dynamic. Organize and lead maintenance activities: plan interventions, structure priorities, manage schedules, vacations and ensure efficient distribution of work. Coordinate external interventions: manage mandated companies, monitor quotes, control the quality of services and validate work reports. Ensure rigorous monitoring of equipment: keep technical files up to date and effectively use the GMAO for activity management. Ensure compliance with standards and safety: guarantee the conformity of operations and promote an exemplary safety culture on sites. Intervene as a technical and managerial reference: support field teams, make decisions, manage the unexpected and maintain a high level of collective engagement. What you bring Education: Completed professional apprenticeship (CFC) Specialization: CFC in mechanics-electricity with experience in construction or CFC in electrical assembly with experience in construction. Professional experience: Professional experience in building and technical facility maintenance Min. 5 years Affirmed leadership: you know how to mobilize a team, delegate with relevance, reframe if necessary and create a motivating and clear work framework. Excellent organizational skills: you manage priorities with autonomy and maintain control in a demanding environment. Solid technical expertise: you master technical and safety standards, analyze situations with precision and use computer tools effectively. Relational ease and adaptability: you practice respectful and transparent communication. You know how to manage conflicts intelligently. You are at ease with change, make decisions and move topics forward. Personal qualities: you demonstrate discretion, maintain trust relationships and keep your cool even in high-pressure situations.
