Bern, Switzerland (and home office) \| 80-80% What you can contribute <br /> • handle legal and interdisciplinary issues related to the implementation of health insurance legislation • ensure the monitoring of the implementation of quality development measures within the meaning of art. 58 ff LAMal, notably by participating in the development of the conceptual and strategic bases for quality development, by examining quality agreements and by preparing their approval by the Federal Council • guarantee the funding processes for the tasks and functioning of the Federal Commission for Quality; verify its objectives and annual reports • ensure the monitoring of the implementation of the obligation to pass on benefits provided for in art. 56, para. 3, let. b, and para. 3bis, LAMal, notably by participating in the monitoring of compliance with this obligation • collaborate on legislative files and draft reports and positions on quality development and the pass-on of benefits <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • university degree (master's), ideally in business administration or economics • good knowledge of health insurance legislation and the Swiss healthcare system; interest in data analysis • writing proficiency, strong taste for analytical and conceptual approaches • ability to work independently and in a structured manner, sense of responsibility above average, team spirit and communication skills • active knowledge of two official languages and, if possible, passive knowledge of the third <br /> In a few words Is the strengthening of service quality and patient safety important to you?
