In this varied and responsible function, you are the first point of contact for our employees in Switzerland and abroad for all ICT issues. With your solution-oriented and service-oriented way of working, you analyze disruptions, develop suitable solutions, or coordinate the necessary measures with the responsible specialist departments. Furthermore, you support the ICT manager in the implementation and further development of ICT projects and make an important contribution to the continuous optimization of our IT landscape. To strengthen our IT department, we are looking for a committed Your tasks Competent support for employees in 1st- and 2nd-level support for IT and telephony issues Administration and maintenance of the client infrastructure as well as ensuring smooth IT operations Installation, configuration, delivery, return, and preparation of clients for new setup Procurement, management, and coordination of hardware, software, and peripheral devices as well as handling of repairs Creation and maintenance of training documents, user documentation, and instructions Conducting user training and supporting the introduction of new systems and applications Collaboration in exciting ICT projects and support in the continuous optimization of IT processes What you bring Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ with a focus on system technology or a comparable qualification Several years of experience in 1st- and 2nd-level support as well as in client management Very good knowledge of the Microsoft environment (Microsoft 365, Teams, Windows operating systems, SCCM, or comparable client management solutions) Experience in handling hardware, peripheral devices, and mobile end devices Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working with a strong hands-on mentality High service orientation and enjoyment of direct contact with users Distinct communication skills and a secure and friendly demeanor Resilient, committed, and initiative personality with high self-responsibility Very good German language skills in writing and speaking as well as good English language skills What we offer More information about this varied activity will be provided by Mr. Hillen, Head of ICT.
