St. Benedikt, lernen und leben, is an inpatient special school for normally gifted, male children and adolescents of school age who are in a psychosocially, emotionally, and academically highly stressful situation. In a professional environment, we accompany children and adolescents on their individual developmental paths 365 days a year. Your tasks • Promotion, education and accompaniment of the children-adolescents in the living and leisure area • Case management as the person responsible for coordination and cooperation • Establishment and promotion of constructive, successful family work in a systemic attitude and way of working • Professionally skilled, transparent and constructive cooperation in the team and the overall institution • Helpfulness and motivation for personal initiative    Your profile • Completed training as a dipl. On weekends and during school holidays, there is a reduced duty roster. For the on-call nights (sleeping times), a dedicated on-call room is available.
