Lead problem-solving processes (of type 8D or QRQC). Ensure stock security and manage the monitoring of parts in quarantine Create and adapt monitoring plans, ranges, and control methods based on product & process risk analyses Participate in product/process audits. Propose and participate in multidisciplinary continuous improvement projects Adapt if necessary the Methods and control fixtures by providing methodological support to operators. Profile sought Swiss HES engineer training or ES technician oriented towards quality or equivalent. Knowledge of Quality tools (8D, QRQC, SPC, audit, AMDEC, document management). Knowledge of machining, manufacturing, and mechanical assembly processes. Proficiency in office tools, notably excel. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
