Public Prosecutor and Assistant Public Prosecutor
Your tasks
Leading of preliminary proceedings incl. supervision and right of instruction towards the police
Effective and efficient conduct of criminal investigations (case management)
Filing of indictments and personal representation of the prosecution before first- and upper-instance courts
Issuing of penal orders, discontinuance, non-prosecution and suspension orders
Filing of legal remedies
Performing on-call duty
Your profile
Completed legal studies
Preferably with attorney admission (Anwaltspatent) and/or forensic further training
Qualified knowledge of criminal procedural law and criminal law
Experience in processing criminal cases and appearing in court
Diplomatic skill and assertiveness
Integrity, resilient and conflict-capable personality
Willingness to actively contribute to the team
