Project Manager Seilbahnbau 100% Bartholet Ropeways AG with its headquarters in Flums, Switzerland is an internationally leading company in the field of ropeway construction with more than 300 employees. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a technical overall project management (m/w/d) for our innovative projects in ropeway construction, immediately or by arrangement. Your talents • Studies (FH/ETH/Uni) in mechanical engineering, plant engineering, civil engineering or comparable • Project management experience in mechanical or plant engineering, infrastructure or ropeway construction • Experience in complex technical projects from engineering to commissioning • Sound project management competence in scheduling, cost and risk management • Structured, solution-oriented way of working with decision-making strength and initiative • Communication strength and assertiveness in dealing with customers and stakeholders • Teamwork and resilience in demanding project phases • Negotiation-secure German and English skills, French is an advantage • Project-related willingness to travel in Switzerland and abroad Your tasks • Management of ropeway projects from contract conclusion to commissioning and acceptance • Control of budget, deadlines and quality across all project phases • Central interface to the customer as well as coordination of internal departments • Control of critical issues, risk management and ensuring project success • Responsibility for central system components (such as cable technology, drive and control) • Coordination of project partners on site including deadline and interface management • Creation of technical documentation for approval and licensing procedures • Project controlling with cost management, forecasts and economic project management • Technical representation within the international HTI group Your perspectives • Shaping modern ropeway technology with direct contribution to infrastructure projects • Central role with design scope and tangible influence on project success • Environment with short decision-making paths and high independence • Attractive employment conditions and modern working environment in an alpine setting Place of work: CH-8890 Flums SG Have we aroused your interest?
