For our customer in the Basel-Land region, we are looking for a dedicated Healthcare Specialist EFZ 100 % from 01.11.2026 to 30.06.2027.

Type of work:
-Holistic care and support of the residents
-Professional execution of basic and treatment care
-Seamless nursing documentation
-Assumption of daily responsibility
-Ensuring professional care quality
-Working according to applicable hygiene and quality standards
-Collaboration with an interdisciplinary team

Requirements:
-Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ
-Experience in long-term care or Spitex
-High resilience and sense of responsibility
-Joy in holistic care and support
-Independent and reliable way of working
-Good German skills in speaking and writing (at least B2)
-Team-oriented and communicative personality
