You will evolve in a professional setting where your skills, your listening skills, and your autonomy will have a real i Job description ### • Ensure the global care of patients at their home while respecting their autonomy and their care project. • Perform technical and relational nursing care in accordance with medical prescriptions and current protocols. • Evaluate the health status of beneficiaries, observe the evolution of their condition, and adapt care accordingly. • Collaborate closely with doctors, families, and the various stakeholders in the care network. • Ensure transmissions and rigorous follow-up of care records. • Participate in the home maintenance of patients by promoting their well-being and quality of life. Profile ### • Nurse diploma recognized in Switzerland or benefiting from recognition by the Swiss Red Cross (SRC) (or in progress). • Previous experience in home care is a real asset. • Driver's license with personal vehicle indispensable. • Autonomy, organizational skills, sense of responsibility, and excellent adaptability. • Person endowed with excellent interpersonal skills, a great capacity for listening and benevolence. • Good command of French, both spoken and written.
