Ward Manager 80-100%

Your field of activity
You will take over the personnel and professional leadership of the nursing team and the organization of the ward. You support personnel planning and ensure service- and resident-oriented nursing and care. In addition, you work actively in nursing and are an important contact person for the residents, their relatives, as well as doctors and hospitals.

Your profile
You have completed training as a nursing professional at tertiary level (for foreign diplomas, recognition from the Swiss Red Cross is mandatory) and bring experience in a comparable leadership function in long-term care. If you are already familiar with nursing assessment (RAI) and personnel scheduling with Polypoint PEP, you bring the right tools for this function. You convince not only with very good German language skills and strong communication skills, but also master administrative tasks skillfully.
