Technical Employee AG (m/f/d) 100%
Your tasks
You independently monitor, maintain, and service technical systems in the areas of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, and electrical, and ensure their flawless function
With regular functional checks, you recognize malfunctions early, rectify them efficiently, and initiate sustainable measures
You plan and carry out smaller repairs, adjustments, and conversions independently, applying your technical know-how in a targeted manner
If required, you coordinate external specialist companies and suppliers, obtain quotes, and accompany their assignments on site
You document all maintenance, control, and repair work carefully and traceably
Safety is a top priority for you: You ensure that the applicable safety, health, and environmental regulations are complied with at all times
As part of a regulated model, you undertake on-call duties and ensure reliable technical deployment if required
Your profile
You have completed a manual or technical vocational training, for example as a specialist in facility management, electrical installer, sanitary installer, or in a comparable profession
Ideally, you already have professional experience in technical caretaker services or building technology
Technical understanding, manual dexterity, and the joy of finding suitable solutions for different challenges characterize you
You work independently, reliably, and in a structured manner and maintain an overview even in demanding situations
With your customer-oriented and professional appearance, you are a competent contact person for our customers
A well-groomed appearance and good manners are a matter of course for you
Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as a driving license of category B are required
