Building Operations Agent I (M/F) at 70%

Mission: You are responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of the premises assigned to you in order to guarantee their cleanliness and good state of use. Under the supervision of the building manager, you perform routine cleaning work, monitor the proper functioning of usual technical devices, and ensure the supply of material and products necessary for your activity. You also carry out various simple tasks related to building maintenance, according to the needs of the service and the directives of your hierarchy. As part of your duties, you may be required to intervene on different sites of the République et Canton du Jura depending on organizational necessities. Profile: Ideally, you benefit from experience in the field of cleaning, building maintenance, or an equivalent activity. Possessing good physical condition, you are able to perform maintenance work requiring frequent movement and prolonged standing. You master usual cleaning techniques as well as the use of maintenance products. You rigorously apply prescriptions regarding safety, hygiene, and health protection. You demonstrate autonomy in the organization of your work, while respecting established procedures and instructions. A reliable and conscientious person, you demonstrate good organizational skills and are able to define priorities in order to ensure the efficient execution of assigned tasks, while guaranteeing neat and high-quality work.
