Business analyst Kinaxis (M/F)

Introduction ## For our Information Systems division, we are looking for a Business Analyst Kinaxis (M/F) whose main mission will be to work with the business and IT teams on the implementation of our Supply Chain planning solution. *Responsibilities* ## • Participate in workshops with the business to help them define their needs • Design business processes and document them • Work with stakeholders on processes to resolve problems • Develop initiatives aimed at improving overall data quality, improving lead time processing, and anticipating future needs • Participate in cross-domain projects • Help coordinate the transition to the new Kinaxis RapidResponse (Maestro) system by supporting supply chain continuity • Maintain data governance with the business • Support the upskilling of teams on the tool • Master the evolutions of the solution and its proper alignment with the company's roadmaps *Profile* ## • University education in the field of IT or Supply Chain, EPF engineer or equivalent • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of Supply Chain, Planning or Production • Proven experience in the use and configuration of Kinaxis RapidResponse / Maestro • Project management skills: organizational and planning capacity, flexibility and teamwork • Critical thinking and autonomy in the ability to understand and analyze problems and find solutions • Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit • Strong communication skills: ability to lead meetings, produce and present summaries • Rigor and confidentiality • Proficiency in French and English Conclusion ## We offer you a stimulating environment, excellent working conditions, flexible working time solutions, and first-class social benefits.
