Process Technician

• Coordinate and plan sampling • Sample new and existing tools or new materials, record and document machine and setting parameters • Conduct and document series of tests • Create, update and check article maps • Support introduction and training of employees in operating, setting up and programming injection molding machines, handling and peripheral equipment (deployment depending on training status) • Support and deputize for the setup staff in the injection molding department • Operate, set up and program injection molding machines, handling and peripheral equipment • Work according to applicable work instructions • Support project managers in customer projects • Support training officers in training apprentices • Support machine operators in the injection molding department, as well as tool maintenance
