Your tasks:

• You are responsible for quality-compliant product delivery
• You take care of improvement potential and actively drive quality assurance forward
• You ensure smooth complaint management
• You are responsible for the timely processing of automotive customer complaints according to 8D systematics
• You constantly develop our QM system towards IATF 16949

What you bring with you:

• Completed technical training and further training as a quality technician
• At least 3 years of experience in the field of quality control and quality assurance
• Experience in one of the following areas: electroplating, electrical engineering, materials science, or metallography desirable
• Good IT skills (Office, SAP)
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing, as well as good English skills
• You understand the processes and particularities of a continuous electroplating line
• Flexibility, communication skills, and an independent working style
