Chief Accountant Introduction The Secrétariat des Fondations Immobilières de Droit Public (SFIDP) is an organization dedicated to the management and support of public law real estate foundations in Switzerland. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Chief Accountant to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of efficient and transparent management of financial resources. Responsibilities Ensure team management (supervision of activities, monitoring of deadlines, etc.); Participate in, manage and supervise the general accounting of the 5 FIDP and the SFIDP; Prepare and control the monthly payments and salaries of the SFIDP (approx. 60 people); Manage and supervise the mortgage portfolio (notaries, banks, etc.); Establish and supervise the statutory and consolidated financial statements of the FIDP and the SFIDP; Present the financial statements of the FIDP and the SFIDP; Supervise the preparation of the annual budgets of the FIDP; Supervise the preparation of the four-year plans of the FIDP; Establish financial plans and grant requests to the OCLPF. Qualifications You hold a federal diploma of specialist in finance and accounting, or an equivalent training; You have a minimum of 15 years of professional experience in Geneva or Romandie, related to the main tasks; You have knowledge of legislation (CO, LGL, LUP); You have significant experience within a fiduciary; You are looking for a position offering a balance between operational missions and steering responsibilities; You have significant experience in the real estate sector, an asset; You are comfortable with team management and coaching; You have a positive, solution-oriented mindset and benevolent leadership; You know how to manage deadlines and priorities.
