Bern, Schweiz (home office) \| 80-100% Your contribution <br /> • On behalf of the Confederation and Cantons, lead the national competence and coordination center eHealth Suisse from a strategic, technical, financial, organizational, and personnel perspective • Establish the new organization with the main mandate <<standardization and interoperability>>, in accordance with the framework convention • Assume responsibility for the national roadmap for binding exchange standards and formats in the healthcare sector, operating in close coordination with stakeholders and the Cantons • Develop the conceptual bases to plan and coordinate the interdependencies and work schedules of healthcare sector stakeholders, at national and international levels • Manage the National Release Center SNOMED CT and the terminology server • Direct the secretariat of the Data Management in the healthcare sector expert group and develop its contents <br /> What distinguishes you <br /> • University degree in the field of social sciences, medicine, or health sciences (preferably with a doctorate, advanced training in management and in the public health sector) • Proven knowledge of the Swiss healthcare sector, particularly regarding standards, interoperability, and the distribution of competencies between the Confederation and the Cantons • Specialist and technical knowledge of the three levels of interoperability (technical, syntactic, and semantic), particularly of the HL7 FHIR standard and international ontologies and classifications adopted in the healthcare sector • Strong team spirit, leadership skills, and high social competence to be able to work in a complex and challenging work environment • Confidence in public speaking, combined with excellent editorial skills • Active knowledge of two official languages and, if possible, passive knowledge of the third <br /> In summary Do you believe it is time to lead healthcare towards digital transformation, standardization, and better interoperability?
