Hotel Allrounder (a) on an hourly basis / flexible workload

What you will move:

• Warm reception and care of our hotel and restaurant guests
• Check-in and check-out of hotel guests
• Operation of the telephone exchange as well as processing of e-mails and reservations
• Cash collection and cash management
• Collaboration in the breakfast service
• Service in the à-la-carte and banquet areas
• Preparation, replenishment, and cleaning work
• Close cooperation with the kitchen, housekeeping, and administration departments
• Delivery of meal services in the surrounding area during lunchtime

What you should bring:

• Experience in service and/or at the reception is an advantage
• Friendly, well-groomed, and service-oriented appearance
• Independent, reliable, and flexible way of working
• Very good German skills, English skills are an advantage
• PC user skills (MS Office); hotel software is an advantage
• Readiness for assignments during the week as well as on weekends and public holidays
• High social competence
• Driving license is an advantage
