Job Description ##

• Management of the ongoing financial accounting
• Responsibility for accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Posting and reconciliation of bank accounts
• Carrying out account reconciliations and clarifications
• Support with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Preparation and control of VAT returns
• Support in payment transactions and cash management
• Creation of evaluations and reports
• Collaboration in budget and forecast processes
• Support during internal and external audits
• Optimization and further development of existing financial processes
• Cooperation with internal departments and international contact persons

The Successful Applicant ##

• Completed commercial training
• Further training in finance and accounting is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in financial accounting
• Good knowledge of Swiss accounting according to OR
• Experience with VAT returns
• Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Good ERP skills, ideally SAP or Abacus
• Very good German skills in spoken and written
• Good English skills are an advantage
• Independent, structured, and precise way of working
• High affinity for numbers and a strong sense of responsibility
