Team Leader OR Nursing, Focus on Cardiac, Vascular & Thoracic Surgery (a) 80-100% Team Leader OR Nursing, Focus on Cardiac, Vascular & Thoracic Surgery (a) 80-100% YOUR TASKS Functional, personnel, and organizational leadership of a specialist group of operating room nursing with a focus on hybrid, cardiac, vascular, and thoracic surgery Ensuring smooth operative operations as well as active participation in complex cardiac and vascular surgical procedures Co-design and further development of modern OR processes, quality standards, and innovative technologies Responsibility for planning, coordination, and close interprofessional cooperation with all relevant specialist departments Promotion of a positive team culture as well as support for the professional development of employees YOUR PROFILE Training as a Dipl.
