Head of Electrical Projects 100%

As part of its development, a general electrical engineering company that has been active for over ten years in French-speaking Switzerland is looking for a Head of Electrical Projects to strengthen its team based in Lausanne. Your missions: Ensure the complete management of electrical projects, from study to reception of work. Plan, coordinate and supervise teams as well as the various stakeholders on the site. Establish offers, quotes, bids and ensure follow-up of invoicing. Guarantee respect for deadlines, budgets and quality requirements. Read, analyze and interpret technical plans. Ensure the application of electrical standards and current safety rules. Maintain a relationship of trust with clients, partners and suppliers. Use project management and monitoring tools: Winprogitel, Yog 2 & Office Manager as well as the Microsoft 365 suite. Your profile: CFC as an electrician or equivalent training. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar function in project management. Excellent knowledge of Swiss standards and regulations in the electrical field. Ability to manage several projects simultaneously. Natural leadership and ability to unite teams. Sense of organization, rigor and autonomy. Good resistance to stress and solution-oriented spirit. Motivation, proactivity and customer service mindset.
