In order to meet the needs of one of our clients located in the Canton of Geneva, within the framework of occasional and long-term missions, we are looking for a: Nurse in multiple disabilities (m/f) Your mission: ### • Ensure the implementation and follow-up of different care protocols in the different services (children, adolescents, and adults) • Ensure the proper transmission and sharing between the medical team, the educational and nursing teams of the information necessary for the continuity of the health support of the people welcomed, • In collaboration with the medical team, ensure the management of relations with families for all questions and information relating to the care pathway of the people welcomed, • Participate in the development of personalized support and care projects Required skills: ### • Excellent interpersonal skills and professional posture, demonstrating irreproachable professional ethics. • Spirit of mutual aid and proven ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. • Flexibility and organizational skills to adapt to the changing needs of the establishment and the residents. • Efficiency in the execution of tasks and altruism in the provision of care, always placing the well-being of the residents at the center of your actions.
