Your task
You manage your own mandate portfolio independently and are the first point of contact for your clients.
You accompany SMEs, female entrepreneurs, male entrepreneurs, and start-ups in all fiduciary matters and support them far beyond classical accounting.
This includes, among others:
Management of your own client portfolio
Preparation and review of annual financial statements, tax returns, as well as financial and payroll accounting
Consulting in the areas of accounting, taxes, and corporate management
Accompanying company foundations, restructurings, capital changes, and succession solutions
Support and professional coaching of employees
Co-designing our digital processes and our further company development
What we are looking for
We are looking for someone who is professionally strong, takes responsibility, and enjoys accompanying our clients. Ideally, you bring with you:
Federal Diploma in Fiduciary or an equivalent qualification
at least three years of experience as a mandate manager
sound knowledge in accounting and tax law
enjoyment of direct client contact
initiative, quality awareness, and entrepreneurial thinking
