Fundraiser: Institutional Fundraising & Major Donor

In this position, you are responsible for the acquisition and sustainable cultivation of institutional funding partners such as foundations, companies, and public institutions, as well as major donors. You identify potential donors, develop targeted approach and relationship strategies, formulate convincing funding requests, and take over personal relationship management throughout the entire funding cycle. You manage and cultivate existing relationships with foundations and institutions as well as private individuals with great joy and trust. Together with the team, you contribute to the further development of the fundraising strategy and develop new concepts and ideas.

You have a university degree (FH/Uni) and a successful track record in fundraising, ideally in the environment of an NPO or foundation. High initiative, an independent way of working, as well as strong communication and networking skills characterize you. You have the distinct ability to build and maintain relationships. Discretion and integrity are a matter of course for you, as is a high identification with the mission and values of the organization. Furthermore, you value teamwork, think entrepreneurially, work goal-oriented, and formulate stylistically confident in German, English, and French (Italian is an advantage). Proficient use of M365 and CRM systems completes your profile.
