Electricity Project Manager (M/F) - 100% - PERMANENT POSITION

Your mission We are looking for an experienced Electricity Project Manager for one of our clients, capable of leading large-scale technical projects in a demanding industrial environment. ? Your main responsibilities - Lead and coordinate medium to large-scale electrical projects, in high voltage and low voltage. - Supervise the realization of technical studies, the preparation of execution plans, and the management of calls for tenders. - Monitor the progress of work on site: respect for deadlines, quality control, safety, and regulatory compliance. - Work in close collaboration with internal teams, subcontractors, and industrial partners. - Ensure compliance with Swiss standards (OIBT, NIBT) and specific site standards. - Contribute to the continuous optimization of installations and the improvement of technical procedures. Your profile \- Higher education in electricity (HES Engineer, ES Technician in electrical engineering or equivalent title). - Federal Diploma of Electrical Project Manager indispensable. - Confirmed experience (minimum 5 years) in a similar position, ideally in industry on Swiss territory. - Mastery of project management tools and technical software (AutoCAD, Eplan, etc.). - Solid understanding of industrial environments, their production and safety requirements. - Proven skills in managing CFO/CFA projects, notably in electrical safety and video surveillance. - Acute sense of organization, autonomy, rigor and good team spirit. - Excellent communication and adaptation skills.
