Our over 8'600 employees and around 700 trainees work daily for the well-being of our patients. ### Your main tasks • Processing of tissue in the context of diagnostics of the peripheral nervous system (muscle and nerve)  • Processing of cerebrospinal fluid samples (Liquor)  • Receiving telephone sample notifications • Carrying out various histotechnical techniques including enzyme histochemistry and resin embedding • Carrying out molecular biological techniques, including Western blot and Real-Time Quaking-Induced Conversion (RT-QuIC)  • Expression and purification (chromatography) of recombinant protein • Work in Biosafety Level 3 laboratory\* Your profile • Training as a biomedical analyst HF, laboratory assistant or a completed degree (Bachelor or Master) in biology, biochemistry or biotechnology • Experience in the mentioned techniques is an advantage • You can easily familiarize yourself with new techniques • You enjoy working in a dynamic and varied environment • Independent and responsible way of working • Team-oriented and communicative personality • Good German and English skills (B2 or higher)  • Strong quality, duty and service awareness Our benefits We look forward to your application Daniel Buschor Recruiting About USZ The Universitätsspital Zürich is one of the largest hospitals in Switzerland.
