Le Domaine de La Gracieuse in Lonay is recruiting for its home care unit, a:

Health Care Assistant M/F, 80% to 100%, Day, available immediately.

The main missions are:

• Accompany the Patient during the performance of their daily life activities, upon delegation from the nursing and medical team
• Observe, evaluate and document in the computerized Patient files their resources and their needs
• Be attentive to the quality of care and the accompaniment of the Patient
• Maintain the Patient's direct environment
• Demonstrate empathy, patience and the ability to work in a team
• Participate in an interdisciplinary approach to the Patient's care

Desired profile:

• 120h00 CRS health care assistant diploma or a diploma deemed equivalent
• Oral and written mastery of the French language
• Experience in a similar position
• Training in the field of elderly care (an asset)
