Dovida is a leading company in the care and accompaniment of seniors at home. Our caregivers are in use daily with elderly people and support them very individually in managing everyday life and relieve caring relatives, also at night and on weekends. We have been represented in Switzerland since 2007 and employ around 2'000 employees.
In the activity as a caregiver, it primarily depends on your personal qualifications. You can undergo further training with us professionally. In this way, you can also take advantage of various courses. Our educational partner is the eduQua-certified Zuhause-leben-Akademie, which specializes in the area of professional accompaniment, care and nursing.

Your tasks as a caregiver

• Situational support and everyday accompaniment
• Support in the household
• Basic care
• Care of people with dementia
• Accompaniment of people in palliative situations & palliative
• Cooperation with other organizations such as public Spitex
• Documentation of nursing and care measures

So that you are best equipped for your first assignment, you will complete a training program beforehand. You are firmly assigned to your clients, care for them individually and without time pressure. You act respectfully and empathetically and make a valuable contribution to the well-being of elderly people and their relatives.

Your profile
Empathy for elderly people as well as an open, committed and motivated personality
High resilience / Good German skills, understanding of Swiss German / Completed course as Pflegehelfer/in SRK is an advantage
